Despite a delayed journey (due to being stuck behind a windmill transport!) we arrived at Plas around 2pm. Children have since had time to explore the beautiful setting and are looking forward to their first day of activities.

This year we have had some fantastic entries for the Easter competition! Choosing a winning design will be a difficult task. Well done to all the children who have put the time and effort into making such wonderful creations!
To start with, we discussed and learnt about tectonic plates, earthquakes and more. We then had to persevere to draw a 3D design. After that, we collaborated as a group to create out model. We then tested our models using jelly to see if they could withstand the shaking. To finish, we evaluated the process.
What a fantastic opportunity. The School Councillors and two other schools (Burnt Tree Primary and Brandhall Primary) enjoyed participating in Well Being activities.
