As part of our Art & DT day, sky class made catapults. We used wooden lollypop sticks and rubber bands. We then had a go at launching different things around our classroom. We evaluated our catapults and thought about how to make them better. How do you think we could have improved them? Fantastic effort…
Key Stage 2 had a fantastic time during sports day. Well done to Griffin House for winning the House Cup.
KS 2 had the opportunity to watch the CBSO perform at Symphony Hall. We had an amazing experience and learnt about the instruments of the orchestra and the purpose of the conductor. It was awe inspiring. Thank you Mrs Baker and Miss Bedesha for organising it all. We can’t wait until next year.
Sky class have been learning how to say the names of different types of countries and transport in French. Ask them where they would like to go and how they will get there? They are becoming much more confident with the phrases and vocabulary they are using! Be sure to continue the hard work Sky!
Well done Sky for a fantastic assembly this week! You all sang beautifully and described rivers, mountains and the water cycle in such detail. Very proud of all of you for your hard work! You all showed that it doesn’t matter how high the mountain is, you will always reach for the skies!
Sky class have just begun their new topic on Anglo Saxons. They have loved reading Freedom for Bron this week, and made some fantastic predictions about what they think is going to happen in the story next. Well done Sky for showing such amazing enthusiasm!
