Year 4 visited Wroxeter to explore the well preserved remains of a Roman city. It was a beautiful sunny day and our guide Lucy was informative and taught us amazing facts. Do you know what the Romans used to make leather? We were able to visit a replica Roman villa before handling precious artefacts. Everyone loved the open countryside and Welsh backdrop too. The children were well behaved and it was fantastic to extend our classroom learning.
