Sky class have continued their learning about Anglo-Saxons in English lessons. We have been excited to read the famous ‘Beowulf’ story. This is the oldest surviving epic poem that was written in ‘Old English’ or Anglo-Saxon and is thought to be over 1000 years old. Sky class created their own story maps of the story and then wrote their own exciting alternative endings.
