To celebrate National Chocolate Cake Day (and also Mrs Taylor’s birthday!) we ordered a set of instructions to bake a cake before collaborating with our friends to follow them.
We used flour, cocoa powder and water to mix our batter before asking Tina to bake them in her ovens.
Finally, we used golden sprinkles to replicate the Golden Ticket that Charlie finds in our Theme book ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’. They look incredibly tempting and we had such a fun lesson using many of our learning muscles!
