With effect from 24th February 2020, Perryfields Primary School invites all of its parents and guardians to log on to Class Charts to view their child’s achievements in school.
We are excited that Class Charts enables us to further promote our positive approach to learning by celebrating and rewarding the achievements of all our pupils in real time. When you log on, you will be able to see, almost instantly, any behaviour points and comments that have been added for your child.
As the positive behaviour points accrue, pupils will be able to use the credits to purchase rewards from ‘Perryfields Primary School’s Virtual Shop’. There will be stickers, pens, pencils and ice-cream treats available, and our Student Councillors are going to take an active role in determining future rewards. It is appropriate to confirm that negative points are also registered when behaviours have been inappropriate but parents will, again, be able to see exactly what has happened and whether there is a consequence. Our policy is to, wherever possible, offer a chance to put things right again and some of the negative behaviours can be deleted if a pupil has managed to turn things around that day.
If you have not received your log on details from your child, please check inside your child’s school bag first and then ask the class teacher for a copy if the letter is not there. The website is www.classcharts.com.
