Following the recent advice from the government, please keep your child off school for 7 days if they develop a cough or have a temperature above 37.8 degrees.
Is this now not14 days and even if one person within a household have one or both symptoms the whole household are to isolate for 14 days?
Also what is the advice for children with asthma?
That’s the latest advice that we’re following as a school. We’ve been given no specific advice for children with asthma so please check the NHS website if you’re after specific advice.

All children who are self-isolating will be marked as being absent for exceptional circumstances.
We have provided children with all online login details that they need. If you haven’t received these for any reason, please phone up the school office so their class teacher can get these details for you.
We have also ordered a range of workbooks for all children so, if it’s at all possible, please come and collect these from the school office too.
