On the 8th May 1945, WWII ended in Europe. Thursday 8th May 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of VE Day (Victory in Europe). Watch the following BBC clip and look at the PowerPoint. Then I’d like you to write your own radio broadcast to announce Victory in Europe. You could even pretend to be Winston Churchill! I have also attached a word search for you to complete.
