Hello Year 2, we hope you enjoyed the pirate adventures we set for you last week.
This week we are focusing on Maths and English.
Maths: Fractions. We have found some fun activities that will allow discussions with your families to complete, just remember that half means 2 equal parts; thirds means 3 equal parts and quarters means 4 equal parts.
English: Conjunctions. Conjunctions help us write in more detail and add interest to our sentences. Can you use write sentences using the conjunctions on our word mat? Do you know any other conjunctions you could use?
Keep reading lots and learning your times tables too- think how quickly you will whizz through your clubs when we are back at school!
