Year 2 have been busy bees looking at how we can use maths resources to help us understand repeated addition.
We used Numicon as well as cubes to think about making equal groups such as 3 groups of 6 and then what we need to do to find the total. This is getting us ready for when we begin our learning about multiplication.
We all worked incredibly hard to use our BLP muscles of making links, listening and noticing whilst completing our task- these helped us become confident in our work.
Our teachers are very proud of ALL of our learning this term, we really are becoming Maths Magicians!
