These are very strange times that we are in aren’t they? We are having to work in completely new ways and we are getting used to lots of new routines so that we can keep safe and healthy. This might be causing you some anxiety and that is completely normal- you are not alone!
Every week, I will be uploading activities to help you with all of the emotions that might be swirling around in your head at the moment. Today I have attached a video that has five activities for you to try at home.

You might want to do them all in one go, or you might want to do one every day. It is completely up to you. You don’t have to send your teacher any evidence of what you have done- this is for you and doesn’t need to be checked by the teachers.
