Good morning- half way through the week, well done Year 2!
We hope you’re enjoying the online learning sessions and that they are helping you complete your tasks. A big THANK YOU to those children who are sending in their learning for us to look at, it really helps because we can support you if you need a little more guidance (as well as rewarding positives too of course!)
Today’s Maths learning is below. Mrs Houghton has also set pages 22 and 23 of your CGP book to do.
For English today we will be drawing on our prepositions lesson and our noun phrase lesson for you to produce a piece of independent writing describing Charlie’s house:
This week, we are asking you to complete a piece of RE learning. Today you are starting a new unit which will teach you Stories about Jesus and we would like you to think about why Christians see Him as an important figure.
Remember to read as often as you can. There are lots of ways to read: books, instructions for games, shopping lists, the back of food labels, the list is endless! You can also listen to audio books which is when a narrator reads a book aloud for you to listen to rather than read.
Have a wonderful Wednesday and we will see you tomorrow- Mrs Taylor will be delivering both Maths and English online sessions for the remainder of this week.
Love from Mrs Taylor and Mrs Houghton
