For today’s Maths there will be a short live lesson at 10am. Then Mrs Houghton has set some tasks on My Maths to practice reading tally charts, pictograms and block diagrams. Remember the school login details are username: fields password: nine .
Then you need to enter your My Portal username and password to get to your set tasks. We have sent these on Class Charts just to remind you!
If you would like even more Maths to do (!), then pages 51, 52 and 54 your CGP Reasoning Book can also be completed!
For English today, we would like you to complete a book review of your favourite book.
Mrs Taylor would also like you to have your favourite book with you for the online lesson at 11am.
In Science this week, we are thinking about the food we eat and how we can make sure we eat a balanced diet. Here is a PowerPoint with examples of the different food groups.
Can you plan a balanced meal? You can draw your own plate or you can use the template sheet below. Your meal must include 2 portions of vegetables (or fruit), 2 portions of carbohydrate, 1 portion of protein and 1 portion of dairy. We look forward to seeing your meal creations!
