Monday
Today, we would be thinking of ideas for our story and creating our cover page. First, we need to think of another insects/ mini beasts or even animals that come from eggs. These mini-beasts/ insects or animals have to go through different stages as they develop into a full version of themselves! The process is called metamorphosis!
Activity
Can you think of some of these insects, mini-beasts or even animals? Well, if you said moths, flies, ladybirds or even frogs/toads, then, you are correct! There are many more mini beast, which go through this process. Once you have decided on your mini-beast, and then create your cover page with your title. For example: The Very Hungry Larva or The Very Hungry Tadpole.
Do not forget to add a picture and the name of the author which is you!
You can use this template for your cover page.
Tuesday
Today, we will make a list of what our new character eats every day. Think of your character from yesterday. What new fruit or vegetable would it like to eat each day? Can you come up with a list of fruits or vegetable that were not used in the original story? Let’s keep our list as healthy as possible.
