For World Mental Health Day, we talked all about what it means to be healthy physically and mentally. We discussed how everyone experiences lots of different emotions throughout the day and what we might need to do during some of these times.
We looked at the sort of activities we could to do to keep our minds healthy. In class, we played games, made banana bread and created artwork. At the end of the day, we enjoyed some time out in nature. During our end of day reflection time, we were able to talk all about our favourite parts of the day. Everyone had a lovely day!
