In PSHE today we learnt all about the importance of the poppy in Remembrance day. We watched a short CBeebies animation, discussed what it would’ve been like to be in a war and why it is important to remember and listened to Nimrod by Edward Elgar. Today we have created characters from the story ‘The Gruffalo’. Our concentration and perseverance was amazing which means our results are stunning. Take a look yourself, we are very pleased and proud.
This afternoon we have been looking at the Autumn trees. We have discussed colours and why trees change colour in Autumn. After deciding which thickness of paintbrush to use we created our paintings. We are very pleased with our work, we hope you are too.
