This week we have had great fun preparing a chickpea and vegetable curry. We cut onions, peeled and diced carrots, pressed garlic, chopped cauliflower and opened tins. We measured curry powder and cooked it all by following the method. We all took part in stirring the curry as it cooked and then all tasted it. It tasted delicious but a little bit spicy. Many of us have taken a recipe home so we can serve it to our families.
