The Egyptian Gods
We have been researching all about the Egyptian Gods and Goddesses today. We used the iPads to identify their appearance and role. We found out some interesting information and look forward to continuing our research on Friday .
Science
We are currently enjoying our Science of exploring light. We have learnt that our eyes only see objects if light reflects off an object, investigated how light reflects from mirrors and next we are experimenting with different types of materials.
Stunning Start
Today we have been introduced to our new Theme – The Egyptians. We participated in a stunning start where we have written our names in hieroglyphics, researched historic artefacts and identified Egypt and important locations on a map. Our class teachers dressed as Egyptians. It was a fantastic day and we have learnt interesting facts already…

French Sessions

Class Assembly
We are currently preparing our class assembly about our topic, Birmingham and Beyond. We will be celebrating our achievements on Wednesday 21st March at 9:05. We look forward to sharing our work with you. If parents or family members would like to come and watch, please let the office know how many seats you require.
Cooking
As part of our theme, Birmingham and Beyond, we have spent a morning doing DT. We made a chickpea and vegetable curry. We all tasted it and it was a very positive thumbs up! All the children took home the recipe to cook again.
