This afternoon, Year One spent some time using our absorption and perseverance BLP muscles by following a ‘draw with Jim Fields’ video.

We love the ‘Oi Frog! book and Jim Field is the illustrator for this series of stories. Armed with a determination to do our very best, we followed the step-by-step instructions to draw our own frog. It was quite tricky at first, but we soon realised that we were all amazing illustrators and felt very proud with our efforts.

This activity will also help us with our next unit of English learning as we are going to spend the week looking at how to write a set of instructions.
