As a school we are committed to providing our children with the broadest and most engaging curriculum. Part of this means giving them the opportunity to learn outside the classroom.
In the past, this has included: visiting local zoos, RAF Cosford Air Museum, Cadbury World, Birmingham Library and canals, Wroxter Roman City, BMAG, BCLM and Bewdley Museum.
In addition, we offer at least two residential trips for the children to experience staying away from home and some adventurous activities. These usually take place at Edgmond Hall, Frank Chapman or Plas Gwynant.
However, since the pandemic restrictions, we have been limited by what we can offer. Nevertheless, opportunities have been found. We have taken part in online live talks with children’s authors and the History Man, David Cadle, has visited Year 4 as a Roman.
We look forward to a time when we can resume our class trips and overnight stays.
