Memories

So that Year 6 have a memory of their time at Perryfields, we would like to put together some sort of yearbook that covers their journey through primary school. This will include photos and memories that have been gathered over the years.

Please download the attached Word document (in green font at the bottom) and complete questions in full sentences. Please remember:

• Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling – capital letters, full stops, conjunctions, sentence openers, adjectives, adverbs etc
• detail, emotions and humour
• try to remember the fun and memorable times you have had at primary school
• do not include anything that may upset anybody in your class

Once complete, please attach the Word document to an email and send it to office.admin@perryfields-pri.sandwell.sch.uk for the attention Mrs Haydon or Mrs Bates.

In order to comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) and to allow every child to receive a yearbook, we require everyone’s permission for the printed photos to be shared. Normally we would send a letter of consent home. However, due to the current situation we can only receive your permission electronically. When your child has completed their memories on the attached word document, please insert your name into the permission statement as a sign of consent.

Please send them in to the email address above by Friday the 12^th June.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we will not be able to include you in the yearbook if it is sent in after this date.
