This week is Mental Health Awareness week. This is important in the current circumstances. There is no doubt that Covid-19 is having a massive impact on family relationships. Most of us are still at home and supporting children with their education. We still can’t physically hug our loved ones in a different house and can’t play with our friends.
Whatever your circumstances, this period may be tough on our mental health, and our relationships.
Whilst there may be challenges – around routines, missing social contact, staying in, and behaviour – there may also be huge opportunities to get to know our children better, to learn new things together, and to be together as a family.
