Dear all,
Many thanks for your continued support in developing our library, We currently have a whopping 270 out the 300 books we have asked for and are incredibly proud and grateful to our school community, especially in these difficult times.
We are so close to our target! If you have not had chance to donate or share yet, our Wishlist can be found here: Amazon.co.uk
From the list, add your chosen book(s) to your ‘basket’. Select the delivery address: ‘The School Library’s Gift Registry Address’. Add your ‘gift message’ in the box to let us know who has sent the book and what you would like printed on the donation plate.
Thank you so much, The Perryfields Primary School Community.

[…] We plan to celebrate World Book Day for both our online learners and those in school this year. On March the 4th, Each child in school will visit the library to take out their new library book with our state-of-the-art computer system! If you’re a home learner – Don’t worry! We will launch a virtual tour so you can see what we’ve been up to whilst you have been keeping yourself safe. Thanks to the generosity of our school community – we have enough books for all and will be letting you take your first one out within your first week back. Watch out for our assembly at 2:30pm on Thursday – Where we will be inviting you to the Perryfields ‘Masked Reader’. Can you work out the clues to guess which adult is in which disguise? We know times have been difficult lately. There is no expectation for the children to dress up, so we will have a non-uniform day instead. For this, we ask that children bring in any old reading books that we could use for the library, or donate £1 to help continue the renovations.. Thank you to all the amazing people who have donated to the library project. We have only 4 books left out of 300! https://www.perryfields-pri.sandwell.sch.uk/2021/02/20/the-library-wishlist-nearly-there/ […]
