In order to reduce the amount of paper usage in school, we are moving towards a completely paperless system for communicating with parents/carers. Information regarding clubs, trips, events etc will now be sent exclusively via ParentMail with no letters sent home with pupils. For this reason, it is imperative that the school hold a valid email address and contact number for each parent associated with a pupil. Parents also need to ensure they are able to access ParentMail and it is strongly recommended to use the app, rather than the web based version for improved performance. Please ensure the school office have all your correct information if not already supplied on the Data Collection Sheet that has already been sent home.
Please contact the school office if you wish to discuss how this change will affect your family.
This change to our process is with a view to helping the environment, and ensuring a more efficient and streamlined approach to communicating with parents/carers.
