Friday 17th October – Wear it red – Stop Racism.

Today we all wore red to raise awareness and to stop racism. In Ocean class we visited the Stop Racism website and followed their assembly. We learnt that racism is treating others differently this could be due to skin colour, religion, nationality or culture. It could be in isolation or a combination of them. As a school we celebrate our diverse community and wish to stop racism for good. Each year we raise awareness and discuss attitudes and feelings.
