English as an Additional Language (EAL) is defined as those learners who speak English as an Additional Language. At Perryfields we have over 25 different languages, including members of staff.

In June, we started a ‘Language of the Month’ activity, involving one of the diverse languages that we have here in our Perryfields Family. Using these new words, we were able to say hello, please, yes, no, thank you, good morning and some more throughout the day.

Keep having a look every month to see if you can spot your language!
