Last week, Denim and Sapphire we finally managed to create our dragon eyes! We waited patiently for the clay and the clay tools to arrive and were very excited create our designs. Last term, we sketched what we wanted our dragon eyes to look like and we were able to use the clay sculpting tools to turn our designs to a 3D sculpture. We are excited to paint them this week but first have a look at our dragon eyes so far.
Today we have had Louise from Sandwell Road Safety Education Team visit. She has delivered assemblies to KS1 and Year 4 & 5. Then class workshops with Year 3 and 6. The children learnt all about crossing safely, car safety and a catchy little song for a reminder....
